Just a quick post to show I’m still here, working away! The majority of my work for the last few years has been freelance for other CGI studios; doing a range of work in 3ds Max, including plenty of modelling of assets and landscape. But also post editing, and masking work in Photoshop. This has been on various types of projects, but particularly Verified (AVR) work for planning, and in the first half of this year, a considerable amount of landscape modelling of sites, for the marketing of newbuild housing developments.
This is really satisfying work, I enjoy learning and adapting to a variety of workflows, and working as part of different teams. The only possible downside is not having much imagery to show here, on my personal portfolio! So instead, I thought I’d intersperse these words with a few images of another side of my CGI visualisation work which I also really enjoy, and don’t shout about all that much, that is furniture and products.
I produce a range of image styles, including white background studio shots, custom modelled and designed lifestyle images, and I can also supply 3d models in a variety of formats for clients use and download.
