Toilet Gallery

Twenty four 6″x4″ photos

This series of work was shown at the Toilet Gallery in Kingston, London.
The series consists of twenty four 6″x4″ un mounted photos, that were stuck directly to the gallery walls. The work was site specific,
making the gallery itself a fundamental part of the concept.

The images themselves appear to be of the very room that they were shown in, perhaps documentation of past exhibitions or events. However on continued viewing of the different scenarios it becomes
apparent that all is not as it seems. Requiring the viewer to do a double take, between the reality of the room in which they were stood and the construct of the image they were looking at.

The exhibition was funded by the Arts Council
