CG hub design renders

CG hub design renders I completed last night. The images aren’t quite perfect, the reflections have gone a bit weird in a few places, but I’m quite pleased with them so far.

For those that might be interested, to light these I used a home-made HDRI map. to make this I used a chrome ball (not a super duper one, I bought it from a garden centre) which I photographed on site at a range of different exposures. I then merged these to form the HDRI below. At the same time, and in the same location I took a photo to use as the back plate.

really impressive, it feels so real, it seems so real, it is really beautiful.
Now, I’ve got a little lusty feeling to play with Blender!
Thanks for the dirty images. 🙂

  2. Thank you! Glad you like them, sorry I didn’t approve your comment earlier it seemed to slip through the net.
